Shipping Policy

We ship all Root 66 Beauty orders from the UK.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

UK delivery
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary between 7–21 business days depending on your country and local customs. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery delays
Once your order leaves us, it's in the courier's hands. We can't control weather, customs, or courier delays, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.

Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or missing parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please:
1. Check with neighbours and safe places
2. Contact the courier with your tracking number
3. Email us at hello@root66beauty.com within 7 days so we can help investigate
